Such an ability allows RENÉ LAURENT to bring more «authenticity» to the organoleptic quality of its flavours. For this aim, RENÉ LAURENT plant is well equipped with :

  • a fruit juice concentrate production line,
  • several batches of distilling vast to produce spirits and essential oils,
  • vacuum rectifiers for fractionning, concentration and deterpenation of essential oils,
  • aromatic plants extraction units and vacuum concentrators,
  • roaster and percolater,
  • cold storage facilities,

2 - Competence in various processing
for manufacturing flavours

Technological requirements of flavours become from day to day always more important and diverse. So, plant machinery of RENÉ LAURENT has been developed and diversified. Nowadays it is characterized by its wide polyvalence :

  • a liquid blending unit,
  • a fully equipped mixing hall for the manufacturing of powder form flavour,
  • atomizer spray-driers to make encapsulated flavours,
  • high pressure colloid mills and homogenizers for producing stable emulsions of citrus fruits, anise, mint, spices...
  • plate and scraped surface heat exchanger to monitor a pasteurisation which will not affect the flavouring qualities...
