Technological requirements of flavours become from
day to day always more important and diverse. So, plant machinery of RENÉ LAURENT
has been developed and diversified. Nowadays it is characterized by its wide polyvalence :
- a liquid blending unit,
- a fully equipped mixing hall for the
manufacturing of powder form flavour,
- atomizer spray-driers to make encapsulated
flavours,
- high pressure colloid mills and
homogenizers for producing stable emulsions of citrus fruits, anise, mint, spices...
- plate and scraped surface heat exchanger
to monitor a pasteurisation which will not affect the flavouring qualities...
