RENÉ LAURENT company was created in 1885. Previously the
company was set up in Cannes (French Riviera) and has specialized in distillation of
bitter orange blossoms.
In the meantime, RENÉ
LAURENT gradually decided to focus on citrus fruit extracts (lemon, orange...) and
also mint, coffee, vanilla and bitter almond...
Thus a complete range of
essences and flavourings for beverage, backery and confectionery industries was created.
Then the experience and
skill acquired in the field of distillation, naturally made RENÉ LAURENT 's entry on the
spirits market easier: alcoholates, appetizers, anised spirits, bay fruits infusions...
In 1960 RENÉ
LAURENT company was able to introduce a complete range of extracts and
flavourings for backery, ice-cream, syrup, fizzy drink and clear soda applications. |

LAURENT, as every typical family concern, remains faithful to its own roots and
history since the company is still owned and managed today by the founder's progeny.

experience, RENÉ LAURENT SA is proven perfectly capable of an up stream control of
flavourings in the aromatic raw materials, through its subsidiaries located in France
and Morocco.

up in the South of France, RENÉ LAURENT's human resources count more than 65
people who are contributing to the development of the company.
